Super freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und kulanter Shop

Ich hatte eine Stab- und eine Kettenanode bestellt, beides mittags und kurz vor Silvester. Beides kam am nächsten Morgen an! Am Telefon wurde ich sehr nett und kompetent beraten. Die Anoden sehen sehr hochwertig aus und passen wie beschrieben. Am Ende passte die Kettenanode aufgrund der zu niedrigen Deckenhöhe über meinem Warmwasserspeicher. Die Rücksendung der Stabanode war kein Problem und der Shop zeigte sich bei der Abwicklung sehr kulant. Also ich bestelle hier sofort wieder und kann dies zu hundert Prozent weiter empfehlen. Genauso stelle ich mir einen Lieferanten vor.
